Now Vs Now Produced by Meshell Ndegeocello and mixed by Bob Power (The Roots, Erykah Badu), this is the debut recording of innovative keyboardist and composer Jason Lindner’s Now Vs. Now.

Two of David Bowie's last band members, saxophonist Donny McCaslin and pianist Jason Lindner, visit our studios to celebrate the British rockstar's final album Blackstar, a recording that features some of the finest New York jazz-trained musicians. McCaslin and Lindner give us a unique duo performance. Music recording by David Tallacksen.

I purchased this 2 CD album based on my liking of Jason Lindner's "Premonition" album and the fact that I heard a cut from this recording on our local jazz/classical station ('The Five Elements and the Natural Trinity'). The other cuts on this CD, however, are disappointing. Repetitive, dull protcadabbcrafiramtoracycbedyran.xyzinfoired protcadabbcrafiramtoracycbedyran.xyzinfo band synchronization/5(5).

This album and Jason Lindner Gives You Now vs Now album re artistic/creative works, going beyond any specific genre which is hard to find. I would think this is the music that attracted Bowie's attention and the creative energy he asked Jason and Mark to put into Bowie's last album, but that's just a guess.4/5(3).
